in my opinion, never prepare for the worst, because if you prepare for the worst, the worst will happen. however, do the best that you can in living, working, and everyday life and God who is faithful will take care the rest. that why, eng soon, thank God that God brought you through the layoff, let's do the best and let God handle the rest. cause when do the best even when we have to resign, it is because GOd have prepare a better working place for us. In God we trust, and we worship him by doing our best.
